As you take up this Course you will not only be reading and studying to improve your knowledge. By entering the Study Course you join a group of students scattered over this planet, who have the same aims and ideals as yourself. You form a link not only with these fellow-students but also with the Bishops and Senior Clergy who endeavour to give guidance in your work. Symbolically, by our will to serve our Lord Christ and the Community of Saints, we form together with our early leaders and Liberal Catholics everywhere and at every time, a great Chalice into which Our Lord can pour His blessing upon the world. May love for our fellow-man be our aim and service to the world be our motive.
